REAL Belgian Pils pours a beautiful straw-gold, with streams of bubbles running up its sides, building upon a healthy head. The aroma is light and reminds one of home-baked bread. Malt flavours hit you upon tasting, with some Saaz hops on the backend, and a tinge of tartness to finish things off. Mouthfeel is light and not cloying, with the foundation of freshly drawn well water giving the beer a nice mineral touch. Extremely drinkable.
