Eligibility for refund or exchange

  • Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged, Please contact us immediately via phone or email. Tell us your order number and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We will correct the issue by sending the correct product or offering a refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept refund requests on the following:

  • Opened or already consumed products,

  • Products purchased on special discount offers

  • non-product related change of mind

To start a refund request, please email info@bidbeer.com, providing the invoice number and reason for needing a return.

Alternatively, call 02 8568 1500 to reach us by phone.

 
2. Return Shipping

If applicable, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

 
3. Timeframe

Approved refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be applied to the original payment method.
